The Oxford Dictionary says that Library is “a building in which collections of books, CDs, newspapers, etc. are kept for people to read, study or borrow”.
The SECI e-library is an attempt to provide books, magazines and other media on various topics in simple to navigate, search and read in digitized version. More than 1000 plus e-books and e-magazines are available on this platform to start with. We will augment these resources further in future.
